“Open startup” means that team works transparently right from the start to provide investors, community, customers trustful info about their traction:
1. The team starts work on our tracker (or same) and keeps all workflow (user stories, CRM, accounting) there,
2. They tokenize their equity of project,
3. The value of their token can be checked - the net value of tokenized assets, adjusted for the quality of enterprise management,
4. All data sent to the distributed file system (IPFS, Swarm),
5. The fingerprint of transaction save in public blockchain (Ethereum),
6. Investors can go thru the link to the address and check the token status or participate in a strategy of development (depends on their shares).
